Typically, we collect e-mail address and identification data (e.g. Name, Surname, Details of Employer, Corporate Phone number, Your Job position), data on contracted service and your bank card details, where you pay for our service online and other data you provide to us or we discover during provision of our service including the data created in relation with our obligations based on the data provided.
Use of personal data
We use the personal data which you submit or which we collect:
to respond to your direct request, as described at the time when we collect your data or as otherwise described to you prior to the use of your data; or
to manage your use of our Website; or
for other legitimate purposes, such as fulfilment of contractual obligations towards you or your employer.
How long do we store the data?
If not stated otherwise we process and store the personal data for the term necessary for fulfilment of rights and obligations arising from the contract and further for the term arising out of generally binding legislation.
For marketing purposes the term takes 5 years after expiration of the contractual relationship, in other cases the term arises from the purpose of the data proceeding or is stipulated by the legislation.
Unless we specifically request or invite it, we ask that you do not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or philosophical beliefs, health, sex life or sexual orientation, criminal background, or trade union membership, or biometric or genetic data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual) on or through the Service or otherwise to us.
Sharing personal data and transferring personal data to other jurisdictions
Please note that in certain cases, your personal data may be transferred to Hotels in order to provide accommodation service to you whenever the nature of the event is not remote/online, or where the event is held online to third parties who provide online platform to enable participation in the event. By completing and submitting your on-line application you consent to the transfer of your personal data in such cases.
Please note that subject to applicable data privacy legislation, we will also disclose your personal data if we believe we are required to do so to comply with any law, regulation, court order, or legal or government request. In the unlikely event that all or part of our business is acquired by a third party, your data will be transferred to the new corporate owner.
If you have granted your consent to us for collecting and processing your personal data for abovementioned purposes, you are entitled to at any time, request to delete any personal data relating to you.
